Look What You Did In November!

Volunteers from New York and Philadelphia woke up at the crack of dawn to Wage Hope on “Good Morning America” and “The Today Show.”
Here are a few highlights from the campaign:
- 645 proclamations - Proclamations came in from all across the country!
- 63 buildings/landmarks turned purple - almost double compared to last year! Chicago, Chattanooga, Milwaukee and Puget Sound all had five or more buildings/landmarks in their community turn purple!
- Over 150 Purple Parties – Shout out to Matt Wilson for hosting a Purple Party to celebrate being five years cancer-free!
- Hundreds of news anchors across the country raised additional awareness for pancreatic cancer during the month of November and wore purple for World Pancreatic Cancer Day.
- Celebrities, including Mindy Kaling, Magic Johnson, Lisa Niemi Swayze, Charlotte Rae, Viola Davis, Cyndi Lauper, Anna Maria Horsford, Robin Roberts and Hoda Kotb joined the movement on World Pancreatic Cancer Day.
