Affiliate Action Plan

The Affiliate Action Plan should be used by the affiliate to create goals and plan for the year ahead. Be sure to review your Community Assessment, from your staff partner, as a group before completing the Affiliate Action Plan. 

Once you have completed the Affiliate Action Plan, please designate one person from your Affiliate to enter the results into Affiliate Action Plan Form. We are collecting this information to better understand the impact you are having in your communities.

Part of this important work is better understanding the current demographics of our volunteers in each community. We encourage all current volunteers to take our Volunteer Demographic Survey to self identify their specific gender, ethnicity and preferred pronouns. These questions have also been added to our Volunteer Onboarding form, so each new volunteer will share this data with us as we grow our Purple Family!
